About Netsso Telecryptor
Netsso Telecryptor is a desktop Windows program. It is available for both 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems starting from Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. For systems supporting Metro it works only in desktop mode. Also Telecryptor does not run on Windows RT.
Telecryptor is intended for decryption of files encrypted in Netsso/NFEM and en/decryption of files stored on the local computer separately to NFEM but which can also be decrypted via NFEM (for example on other computers). It will be useful for encryption/decryption of files in the folder of sync clients for supported online stores (Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive). These options are available through the context menu of the file in Windows Explorer.
Also, starting from Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Telecryptor places a taskbar button in the task bar with a jump list providing fast access to some Netsso pages. This provides the Netsso member speedy access to Netsso, requiring only the input of his Master Password, and avoiding the prior launching of the browser.
Telecryptor is therefore multi-functional:
- Speedy access to Netsso and switching between Netsso pages
- A fast little encryption/decryption program for the user’s computer
- A link between a local computer and the user’s Netsso database online, through which the correct password can be obtained in order to decrypt a Netsso-encrypted file offline
